WIFI Authentication Issues on Smartphones
Case 1 - Correct password? Almost every WIFI (home / public) is always given a password, try to pay attention to the password that you input, maybe there are capital and small letters or symbols left behind when filling in the password.
Case 2 - Forget Network, If you have previously entered a WIFI password and maybe now the password has changed. All you need to do is do a Forget Network, which is like deleting all your Android or iOS smartphone connectivity data, so that afterwards you will be asked for access again in the form of a password.
WIFI Undetected Problem
It sounds very simple, but anyone can forget to turn on WI-FI on their gadget. Try checking again whether the Wi-Fi feature is active or not. If on Android, just drag the main menu from the top of the screen, then check the WIFI. Meanwhile, on iOS , the main menu is at the bottom of the screen.
WIFI Problem Not Working on Android and iOS
Problems like this usually occur due to several factors. But the first thing you can probably do is SHUTDOWN the SMARTPHONE and then turn it on again. After that try turning on Wi-Fi as usual. If it still doesn't work, it's likely a hardware or software problem. Where for hardware problems , it is very difficult to fix it yourself (you have to go to a service center, it's cheap). As for software problems , you can try to Hard Reset / Factory Reset your Smartphone or you can upgrade to the latest ROM which fixes the Wifi bug stuck unable to turn on.
WIFI Not Connected, Maybe Airplane Mode Is On
Simple, make sure your Smartphone is not in Airplane condition 🙂
WIFI Problem Is Active But Cannot Find Network
Problems like this are not forever due to Android or iOS Smartphones. Tends to happen because of a technical error on the wifi router you want to connect to. Try restarting the WIFI Router. After that, try to check on the smartphone whether the network has been detected. If not, try checking the saved network on your smartphone, then do the FORGET NETWORK as above
Obtaining IP Address
An easy way that usually works is to download a program from the Play Store with the search title "WiFi fix". Here you can set how WIFI / IP ADDRESS works in accordance with the provisions on the router. A popular application in this case is WiFix by mHotspot
Wi-Fi Connect Problem Then Disconnect Itself
A very annoying problem. Usually this happens because of a problem with your smartphone. First, try to check whether the smartphone has an internet bandwidth / limit setting application installed, because if there is, then the application will really disturb you. For example, when the quota is over or the quota is running low (the connection becomes slow). Please look for the problematic application, then uninstall it, then restart your Smartphone.
Final Solution to iPhone Android Wifi Problem
Ok, this is actually the last solution, when none of the above works well. Namely you will do a full backup and reset the device. Although it may sound difficult, it is not. The first thing you have to do is do a backup (contacts, photos, videos, documents, etc.) if I personally do this backup via MI CLOUD (Xiaomi Smartphone) and backup contacts on Google Drive via google account.
If you are using Apple iOS, please read how to backup it first . But the point here is that you will delete all data on the smartphone and make it look like new again where there are no problems with WIFI use. How to reset for each device is different, you can search on Google according to the device you have.
But if this problem persists, don't hesitate to go to the official smartphone service center to do a hard reset. It's not expensive, just calm down.
How? Have you managed to solve the problem of connected wifi but can't get the internet? If you haven't succeeded in overcoming it, try writing in the comments column the type of smartphone and OS. I will try to help as best I can. Hopefully this is useful 😉
